Absolute sheer perfection for our family of 3!🤩🏆 We were in Durham for my son’s baseball tournament and wanted/needed a better option than a typical hotel room for 4 nights. It is charming and has all the amenities and essentials one could need. The location is within walking distance of dining, shopping, entertainment and more. Durham Bulls play just a few blocks away⚾️. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths was pure heaven. Spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen with dining bar were fantastic. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a unique property and plenty of local places within walking distance.

It may have helped to have some sort of dresser or more shelves in the bedroom.

Parking was a little rough when it came to cooper garage but oh well!

My kids (ages 15 & 23) & I absolutely loved this place! My daughter spent many hours on the fairly private balcony area in the hammock. The decor & layout of the rooms were beautiful. The staff had a different way of contacting them than hotels since there is no front or lobby staff but they were very responsive to our needs. We will be back to this charming property the next time we’re in Durham.

It would have been helpful to have a true pull out sofa or something more comfortable for sleeping in the living room.
