Value was great. The home was clean and very equipped. I could/ would live there. The communication was good. The wifi was ok, especially for the location. The furnishings were nice and the place was cozy overall. The back patio area and jacuzzi is awesome for hanging out. The game room was also a hit with us. Very cool. We will return.

I think the fees were a little excessive. However, I understand that they are part of it. Other than that, the home and the transaction were ideal for us and our families needs.
