الموقع ممتاز وفي نفس الفندق يوجد مكدونز 24 ساعه و سوبرماركت 24 ممتاز للعوائل

الازعاج من المقهه الذي تحت و الشقه كانت ضيقه بنسبه لنا والدولاب صغير بنسبه للكنادير و اثاث لابود يجدد والارضيات

The personnel were very friendly and welcoming and warm

The room was clean. Comfortable bed and excellent atmosphere. The breakfast was good. Clean and tidy.

The room service was not on time. You have to call them for that.

Nothing it sucks, only the fact that it has amenities such as restaurants and convenience store.

Everything the stuff are terrible, housekeeping is worse I booked an apartment the dishes were not washed, there were no tissues, no bathing ropes and the bed was not comfortable.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to very poor service. Despite arriving after the official check-in time, we faced an unreasonable delay in check-in without any proper explanation. Additionally, there was no hot water in the main bathroom of our room. When we reported the issue, the response was very slow. Maintenance eventually arrived and started breaking and repairing inside the room while we were still staying there, which was completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. After arguing with the staff, we were informed that all rooms were fully booked, yet the room was only changed very late, after an entire day had passed, causing major inconvenience. Moreover, over the course of two days, we repeatedly requested an iron, but it was only provided on the last day, which clearly reflects the lack of basic service standards. Overall, this hotel offers very poor service and extremely weak management. I would not recommend it to anyone.

من الاستقبال إلى خدمة تنظيف الغرف كل حد ف عالم آخر للأسف شديد لمدة يومين لم يتقدم احد بتنظيف الغرفة اتصلت مرتين ف اليوم ثاني انتظرت ذهبت بنفسي إلى الاستقبال قالت لي الموظف يجب عليك طلب سألت الموظف ف ممر قال لي فريق اخر مسؤول عن تنظف غرف رقم 702 كانت سيئة لدرجة غريبه بعده تم تغيير الغرفه يعني باختصار شديد تجربة سيئة جدا جدا

McDonald underneath

The rooms were not getting cleaned until we were requesting it even after leaving the cleaning sign on on the door we came back from Safari trip in the desert and the cleaners did not leave any towels for us. It was late at night and our kids really wanted to go into shower. It wasn’t the first occasion this was keeping happening. We stayed nine night either they will forget to clean the room or they will forget to shower gel and shampoo. We would have to call the reception really late at night which was very inconvenient even after complaining to the reception. The same thing happened the next day the staff were quite nice and friendly, but the service was very down. There is no scenery outside the window. It’s like living in the middle of nowhere.
