The Resort applies a modest fee for access to the clubhouse and other amenities. For groups of 1-12 people, the fee is $35 per group, while groups of 13 or more will be charged $45 per group. This fee is collected in person upon arrival at the Clubhouse and is applicable per group, not per individual Additional Options: -You can add BBQ rental to your reservation for an extra charge of $75 for the whole reservation. -The pool heater, available for a daily fee of $45, requires a minimum use of 3 consecutive days and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance.
