Chic villa 4 Bedroom 3 Bath with pool & game room

I love how quick they respond to you , also it’s so calm and relaxing I can’t wait to bring my family back .

I loved how amazingly clean the house was and how peaceful the subdivision was as well as friendly neighbors. This location was not that far from restaurants...fast food places or grocery stores and was only between 30 to 45min to certain malls. I also loved the fact how beautiful the scenery was when driving into the Hampton Lakes subdivision. I would definitely return again and the property manager was very professional.

How fast some of the residents drive in that subdivision when the speed is only 25mph some were flying. We are from Illinois and Florida definitely has a different way of driving I will say that. However, I have really no complaints because it was definitely well worth our money spent😊

I liked the area and how clean the inside was.

There was nothing to not like about the property it was perfect.

I loved the location and it was spacious and loved that it had ceiling fans throughout and a pool!!

The check in process was not bad. I used my cellphone for GPS for directions to the address, therefore I was unable to realize that an email was sent. The email required a 15 minutes contact between the host and us. I did not read the email fully after driving 11 hours to the location, all we wanted to do is relax before heading to dinner. However, the alarm we set off and a Polk County Deputy was at the door before realizing anything Beds are comfortable. Entering the pool from the master bedroom is excellent

The cooling system seemed to be controlled remotely was an annoyance. I was unable to speak with the host by phone.
