The home was as nice as the descriptive pictures on the website. The decor was very nice. Cooking supplies were supplied. Indoor games were very helpful.

There was an unpleasant odor throughout the home. This made the overall stay very uncomfortable. We had to run out to buy products to try and decrease the odor. the scent remained throughout our stay. The hot water depleted quickly. The thermostat needs to be upgraded because it was difficult to control the heat. My mom stayed bundled up all the time. We made the property owner aware of all issues and he seemed grateful.

The house itself was clean and recently updated. The decor and feel of the house was modern and vibrant. The charcoal grill was nice and all the utensils in the kitchen to prepare a full meal. Coffee was available and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the popcorn maker.

It’s no fault of this owner/host but the neighborhood around the house is pretty bad. There are improvements being made but we didn’t feel safe walking by ourselves and worried about our vehicles overnight. The beds could use some upgrades. They had decent mattresses but sat on just a few wood planks. Some of the guests sank to the floor before we adjusted the planks ourselves. A box spring or even a sheet of plywood would fix this.

It was very spacious. It was perfect for us when me and my family stayed.

The grass was long and wasn’t best cleaned nothing crazy though
