"Poor"

At very late notice we were moved to two different flats which were in a completely different part of town to the original flat. We had a choice to decline but it was so late that we agreed. The flats were in a grotty building with a very unsafe and unpleasant entrance. One of the flats stank of cigarette smoke and it caused me an asthma attack!

"Clean and great location if you want a very basic stay"

The location and space of the flat

Seriously lacked in facilities. No toilet roll, bottle opener, hair dryer, cloth to wipe down the sides or bathroom hand towel. Bathroom towels on beds were mixed, some much smaller than others. Also the toilet was leaking and had to keep mopping to avoid getting wet feet
