Worst service - check in at 3pm. They sharing pdf for us to read the procedures to check in at 3.10pm. It's took time for us to read n to understand it. I ask her why not share us at least 10 minutes earlier before get key. The staff is so rude, u kena baca cepat kalau nak masuk awal - This is the way she replied. Bathroom cleanliness very bad. The bathroom wall look like never been washed before. Feel like wanted to shower faster n get out.
GBWe were able to be moved relatively quickly to a more suitable unit after informing the owner of the toilet leaking sewage
The toilet was leaking. Bathroom smelt like sewage and you could see the puddle around the basin of the toilet which got worse after we had only been there for 30 minutes. New unit meant we did not have a hair dryer. Had to go to bed with wet hair as no way to dry it
