It’s really dangerous that we were stuck in our room and the facility itself could not help us because the room was owned by another company.
USLove the fact I didn’t have to check in at the desk I could use the key pad. However my email stated the room was in the second tower is was not it was in the third tower
I didn’t like that I had to wash my own towels unless I wanted to pay a delivery fee bc the company was offsite. I didnt like that the living tv would not connect to the WiFi so no tv. The living room balcony door was broken . I had to email the company several times about fixing the TV and the balcony door. I was told they put in a work order and it could take a couple days so we couldn’t use the balcony door in the living room or the tv. I hate the fact that every time I needed something I had to email and wait for a response and no issues got resolved. Next time I will just rent through baywatch
