The location is perfect for us - less than a mile from the church we were visiting. The house is very spacious, super-clean, and very well-decorated. The kitchen is great, living room is a great space for sprawling out, and all the bedrooms are perfectly laid out. Definitely a favorite of our entire family!

Very, very minor detail: The bathroom door doesn't latch easily. It should be adjusted a bit - either with some shims on the bottom hinge to raise the angle of the door (easiest fix), or by lowering the door latch strike plate (the hole in the door jamb) a bit. Grandma had a little hard time lifting up on the door handle to latch it, but everyone else was able to close the door pretty easily once I showed them how to do it.
