The apartment is in a compound that is the garden of Eden. It is exquisite. There are beautiful, grassy areas and beautiful shrubs and a chicken coop and peacocks and a horse and a couple of dogs and cats and a big extended family that lives in the main house that is so friendly and warm and they have invited me to dinner two nights in a row Which they have outside with their extended family and it’s just right out of a movie. I have never stayed anywhere as enchanting as this. They will be lifelong friends. The apartment is decorated perfectly and everywhere you look there’s a little beautiful bow around the towels or some incense gives off a wonderful fragrance. Every nook and cranny is decorated beautifully. The bathroom is modern. It has a big kitchen with the kitchen table and all the utensils you could possibly need. There is a queen size bed on the first floor and on the lower floor the kitchen and another bedroom with two twin beds. All the rooms are large. The compound is behind a radio controlled gate so everything is secure and it is next to a big destination Adriana Villa. It is in Tivoli about a half hour outside of Rome. Chivalry is where the Tivoli fountain is.

The house is comfortable and well-equipped, and we loved sitting on the patio looking out over the beautiful garden. It has secure parking and is perfectly located right next to Hadrian’s Villa. Martina and her mother were very welcoming and kind, and super-responsive.

Villa Adrian house Charming garden setting for a very large separate apartment adjoining a private home. We felt like we were in the oasis of a garden home well maintained by grandma. Birds everywhere including peacocks and chickens. Wonderful bedding and sheets. Many amenities in the well equipped kitchen as well as games, books etc. The property is located literally one step from the entrance of the UNESCO site of Hadrian’s Villa. This allowed us to beat the bus loads of kids entering the Villa and staying later until closing without a long drive to other locations. Yet it did not feel like crowds were around the gated secure property. The home’s parking was perfect. No other hotels etc were in close proximity to this property.

Could not stay longer

The cottage was amazing! It was a clean and beautiful two story home with a super friendly host and a perfect location. It’s across from Hadrian’s Villa and behind secured gates. The host left us goodies and decorated the home for the holidays. It was simply magical!

Nothing, it was awesome!

We stayed 3 nights at the apartment which is in a gated estate with secure free parking and lovely garden surrounds ,it was very quiet.Right next to Hadrians Villa and a shot drive to Villa de Este.Supermarket nearby,Well equipped kitchen, good hot shower and comfortable bed.Wifi good also.The apartment was exceptionally clean and the hosts were very friendly.Looking around the rest of Tivoli I think this is the best stay.We enjoyed our time there

Lounge area not the best for relaxing

Great location, very friendly and responsive host. Lower level bedroom remained nicely cool even on the hottest day. Situated right next to Villa Adriana entrance, easy drive to motorway to Rome.

In this house, the lower level bedroom is private, while the queen bed in other in the other room is right on the way to the only bathroom. This worked fine for our family but others might want more privacy for longer stays.
