USExcellent location, you can walk right over to the shops/restaurants in Joshua Tree. It's set back from the main road, so not too noisy. Charming, old-fashioned feel. Room had a kitchen with a sink, mini-fridge, dishes and utensils. Newer mini-split AC installed. No TV. Will definitely stay here again.
It's an older building and starting to show it's age in spots. Walls are very thin. Cleaning crew could do a better job. No staff or workers on site. No pool or other amenities, maybe something for the future? Looks like there is plenty of room.

ITUSShowers are a little tight and very dark. Overall lighting inside the room and especially the bathroom was dark.

USLocation was very convenient, and the studio was cute. Outdoor area was really nice for relaxing.
There is no microwave or stove, only a small toaster oven for cooking/ heating up food. There was no place to put luggage…folding luggage holders would be very helpful and much better than having open suitcases on the floor. Synthetic sheets make sleeping very difficult for those with sensitivities or allergies.
GBReally cute place and great location to access joshua tree. It’s close to shops and the local bar is walking distance.
We had a bathroom issue where it flooded but the agent was really quick to reply and was on the case. We didn’t need sorting out because we were leaving that morning anyway but that morning.
