The location is convenient.

They provide laundry service yet my clothes did not smell very pleasant afterwards. They also did not seem to communicate properly or clearly with each other to give me an accurate time of when my laundry would be completed. I did my best to be patient about it, but the evening shift receptionist gave me at least three different times and did not apologize on behalf of himself or the staff for causing confusion. I understand there was a language barrier, but telling me 10 and then 9:30 PM and then not messaging me or being at the desk when these times came was frustrating. Lastly, when it was time for me to leave, the receptionist did not attempt to say goodbye or even open the door for me to assist and see me out (My hands were clearly full). Seemed very insensitive to a customer’s needs and reasonable frustration.
