Staff is very kind and can reach whenever you want. House is cozy and quite useful. You can reach whatever you want. Also well cleaned.

"Fantastic rooms, but poor communication"

Excellent rooms, lots of space, lovely location, great food and coffee within an easy walk

Communication was poor in a number of ways. The entry directions did not give the number of the apartment, we had a choice of 2, and simply had to try which door the key worked in. Not ideal! Also, payment was not set up for anyone coming from abroad. It was a considerable extra hassle getting this sorted out when we arrived. Also, the 'replies' received to queries sent through Booking.com often sounded more like generic messages and did not answer our questions. It would add a more personal touch if the guy in charge used his name in communication rather than sign himself off as 'Cozy'!
