The hosting company was highly responsive, usually replying to messages within an hour during office hours. The location is excellent, with convenient and easy access to the beach, which made getting around very straightforward.

Upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed to learn that we had no access to the pool — a key amenity that was heavily advertised at the time of booking and, as of writing this review, is still prominently featured in the listing. The pool is gated and requires a fob for entry, which we were not provided with. We later found out that, due to recent changes in the community rules, temporary guests are no longer permitted access to this pool. This was never communicated to us prior to our stay and was especially frustrating as we were traveling with a child. It cast a negative tone over the beginning of our trip. We were instead offered access to a pool in a different complex. However, it was unclear whether this arrangement was officially sanctioned. Residents of that complex were visibly unhappy with our presence, with some filming us as we entered and exited. Eventually, we were approached by security and informed that we were not permitted to use the facilities. The whole situation was embarrassing and uncomfortable. The listing also advertises on-site parking. To clarify: while there is on-site parking, guests are not granted access to it. What is available is on-street parking nearby, and although we generally found a space close to the building, the listing is misleading in this regard. Lastly, we experienced ongoing electrical issues during our stay. The electricity tripped multiple times per day and had to be manually reset using the fuse box. Although instructions were provided, no one came to inspect or resolve the issue despite it being reported.

water heater was working with hot water only about 5 min and then cold water ran. We were offered to fix this, but have no time to wait for a specialist

Location was good only 5 minutes walk to San Pedro centre. Swimming pool was lovely and never very busy. kitchen was modern and good to have a washing machine available to use. Air conditioning throughout was very effective. Nice and quiet location but still close to all local amenities. Only 5 mins walk to the beach.

As soon as we walked into the kitchen, we noticed a lot of ants on the floor and the kitchen surfaces. After some more cleaning they seemed to disappear after 4 days. There is no parking on site (as mentioned in the property description) i.e. we couldn't use the garage but had to use street parking which is pot luck if there would be a space available. The fob provided didn't work on the gate for the swimming pool so had to rely on the good nature of someone nearby to let us in. Hot water was hit and miss and could end up having a very cold or very hot shower.

Struggled to get the TV to work, (no instructions) also no fob to enter pool area. A message was sent regarding this but no reply.
