"Casa comoda, pulita in centro però con un servizio pessimo"

posizione ottima, casa spaziosa e molto pulita.

mancanza di kit di benvenuto (nemmeno acqua), letto non pronto al nostro arrivo e, soprattutto, un check-out gestito in modo pessimo. Alle 10:00 il personale delle pulizie è entrato in modo irruento e maleducato, spostando i nostri bagagli e ignorando le nostre necessità di ospiti (eravamo in 7 con bambini). Non c'è stata flessibilità né educazione nel gestire la nostra uscita, culminando in una discussione spiacevole con lo staff. Non ci siamo sentiti graditi.
