Perfect location and the building is spotless. The host was responsive and cordial. There was enough space to accommodate the entire family, the washer and dryer were very convenient, and the front door was easily accessed no need to carry around a key. The apartment was clean and stocked on arrival.

The receptionist with “Lic” behind her name is unprofessional and should be fired for lying to the host, being disrespectful to guests with 2 separate reservations, and her incapacity to effectively communicate. The apartment had drainage issues, had to leave the doors and windows open because it smelled like sewage. The paint is chipping, there’s marks on the walls, and a strip of electrical wire hanging from the ceiling inside the shower. Dishes such as the bowls and silverware were dirty but put away with clean dishes. Beds were very uncomfortable.
