The driveway!

The host refused to provide us with the check in information after confirming the reservation. It was 10:30 PM at night. In order for the guest experience to be at the highest level, my family had to wait in the driveway while the host ghosted us. booking.com attempted multiple times. After 90 minutes and over 10 attempted calls, the host picked up once and quickly hung up without saying a word. Instead of checkin information, they informed us that we were trespassing and that they had called the police!! It was completely surreal. At this point it was too late to book any other accommodation and we were stranded and abandoned. The entire driveway was also flooded from the rain due to poor site planning and improper drainage.

The place was beautiful & spacious, and a lot of thought has gone into what guests may want & need.

My only complaint, which is a small one, is that guests are expected to empty the trash cans & do the laundry. When I’m paying this amount of money, I expect a cleaner to be employed to do these things.

Well stocked place with a warm sunny demeanor. Pretty and clean with a lot of condiments and utensils. Bed linen was great.

Toilet situation was weird.

Home was very nice, well decorated, cool temperature, and all amenities were provided.

no flushing paper down the toilet due to septic tank system.

Great ranch house! Loved how spacious it was. Loved the outdoor areas and hot tub! Beds were comfy. Kitchen was beautiful! So close to pappy & Harriet’s !! So relaxing.

Everything was great. One problem with one bathroom was just about taken care of during our stay.

The place is very large and has everything you could need for a stay over. Very close to Pappy and Harriet’s.

Enjoyed this space and the location. It was clean with no smells. Communication was easy for check-in. I liked that the design was more low-key--because everyone is hopping on the high style "moderne" in the desert these days and it's getting kinda homogeneous out there. This had more of a down-to-earth vibe. Lots of room. Recommend.

I'm ok with washing dishes and trash collection before I leave, but doing the laundry for sheets and towels before I leave shouldn't come with a 160 cleaning fee price tag. I'm super clean but I am on vacation and that was over the top for me.

It was incredible. Wish we could have stayed longer than a couple of nights!
