Fully Fenced, 2 Min To Dtjt, Hot Tub, Plunge Pool

Clean for the most part except for the left over trash in the garage. Pictures attached.

The main feature advertised is the plunge pool, but upon arrival it was closed. Wouldn’t recommend to put this in your main advertising if it’s only a seasonal thing to use. There were many other properties to rent for less money without a pool. Light and fan in one bedroom kept coming on intermittently which could be related to an electrical issue. This is also located on the corner of a busy road with traffic until late at night. Hard to fall asleep with traffic buzzing by you at midnight.

Really well equipped - was wonderful having a washer and dryer as we were midway in our vacation and it was nice to refresh our clothing. Kitchen was well equipped (only recommendation would be to provide some dish towels for drying) Pool table was a fun addition. Bedroom was comfortable with plenty of space for luggage and hanging up clothing. Host was extremely communicative and helpful. So easy to get into the property. Overall great location - close to the park entrance and easy to get to Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley, and all other sites in the area. Would recommend this property to others and look to stay again in the future.

Didn't expect the property to be on such a busy road - we were surprised to have cars zooming past constantly. Didn't disrupt our sleep but did ruin the overall ambience a bit. Also we couldn't work out how to get the overhead light and ceiling fan to work in the master bedroom. It would randomly turn itself on with the fan at full blast so we ended up turning it off at the wall and just using lamps in the bedroom.

we had a great time there. Location is close to the western entrance of JTNP, restaurants and grocery shopping. house and backyard are nice arranged and feels like home. beds are really comfy. Kitchen is excellent equipped.

Super clean and brand new. Everything you need is there. Close to Joshua Tree. Well designed and well equipped.

Gorgeous home with all amenities- loved the pool table and my husband and I played several games every night- big fenced backyard with great seating, landscape, and decorative lighting

hot tub did not work during our stay (informed by host day prior to our arrival)

The design of the house was beautiful, amazing pool in the back and quick access to Joshua tree National park
