The washer didn’t work

It was overall nice and clean

It charge you for wristbands and parking which should be included when booking. And there was siting of bugs.

The property was close to the softball fields and pier park.

You have to pay $20 per person to be on property and $25 for parking on top of the rental fee. The closets were not useable due to being filled with bed frames and clutter. The closet on the loft floor had the attic open so hot air was making the upstairs incredibly hot. There is only 1 full bath not 2 so everyone has to use one shower. The bunk bed is almost unusable due to the mattress being so thin you can feel the boards underneath. There was also construction going on and you couldn’t get to front beach road from the condo and had to go out the back way. I don’t feel like it was worth the price and won’t be staying again.

Centrally located. Short drive to dozens of restaurants and shopping. Quick walk to the beach. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The condo was roomy and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed.

Air conditioner was out of service for a few hours but HVAC service came quickly and fixed. Lots of construction going on at the community that made driving around a chore. Condo was on the third floor.

Amenities : pool (a little bit small), tennis courts etc Easy access into resort with main entrance and second entrance . Clean property, well maintained. 5 min walking distance from beach. 2 bedroom apartment with upstairs loft, 2 balconies, pool view and partial ocean view.

Hard to find somebody at office on property premises.
