Room was nasty hair all over the bathroom closet sliding door bottom full of rust table chairs chewed up by other dogs couch bed terrible zippers broken on the couch pillows
USWe could not check into our room because the pin was wrong
we had to sit there for an hour waiting on bookings.com to fix the issue which they never did so we had to find somewhere else to stay
USThe apartment was nice and well furnished. It turns out the weather was beautiful as well
We had stayed at the Patricia Grand on other occasions through the hotel. When we arrived we did not remember some of the nuances of our booking with another party and it took us a while to adjust. Once we did all was well.

USUSI liked location. Room was ok , wasn't up to date like I thought it was. Mirror sliding door where u slide to the floor rusted and cause doors to be off track so I really didn't mess with. Bedroom only light beside bed would turn .2 on all would do but kinda blink dully when try to turn never came on
I didn't like after u booked room it said pay nothing at property and after we paid then we got this long email saying we had to pay $300 to $350 deposit in case anything got mess up which will be refund. Money couldn't be refunded after paid.. Then they said pets ok but then they charge $25 per night..yal was charging extra for towels , room service . We actually bought our on towels, wash clothes, plates, forks, and dish towels. We stay in many hotels and never experienced not being able to get extra towels and stuff without having to pay for it. We actually had to clean it back up before me left r we was afraid of being charge for it. Yall was charging for everything. And we stay in Myrtle beach at least 2 to 3 times a year. We decided to not rent another apartment again when we go there. And all them may not be like yalls but it was my birthday weekend and we was trying to stay somewhere nice. We had to be really cautious about using anything in there to keep from being charge. Normally pet fee would be a one time fee of $25 extra and deposit $100 when we stay other places.. And we couldn't cancel and find somewhere else cause we had already paid and after me paid then yall tell use no refund. All that information should been up front
