Les informations pour rendre le séjour plus complet et agréable étaient pour nous incompréhensibles. On ne savait pas si c’était gratuit ou si il y avait une ristourne Pour ce document très utile nous le pensons n’est il pas traduit en allemand pour les allemands en français pour les français en anglais pour les anglais etc Ce fut vraiment dommage Autre sujet nous avons trouver les excursions intéressantes mais trop chères

Restaurante, staff, quarto, piscina. Massagens boas, mas não excelentes.. O que gostamos mais foi da tranquilidade e alguns serviços do staff da piscina/praia e restaurante. Excelente introdução ao hotel e quarto por parte da funcionaria, nao recordo o nome, mas era Filipina.

Muitas melgas no quarto, um dispositivo instalado era conveniente. Sendo o Pier (zona de chegada dos barcos) perto do hotel, poderiam ter oferecido o transfer. No booking diz oferta de transfer, só não diz que tem horas especificas para a oferta.

This hotel feels special. It is small and luxurious and the staff are all super friendly, helpful and welcoming. We loved the evening singer and food in the restaurant on the evening. The gym and pools are lovely. They constantly fill up your water when you’re on the beach or by the pool and bring out little treats every now and then. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant manager has excellent customer service, remembering your preferences and going the extra mile. The beds are comfy and the rooms a decent size. We stayed in the deluxe garden ground floor room. We found it the perfect stay and would 100% come again.

A small piece of feedback that could elevate the experience further relates to how guest disruptions are handled. Our air conditioning stopped working in the evening, and although it was fixed promptly the following day after we informed the manager, it did result in a poor night’s sleep due to the heat. To take the service from great to truly exceptional, a small goodwill gesture, such as offering a complimentary drink, would have been a thoughtful way to acknowledge the inconvenience.

Auch unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Layana war eine klare 10. Es gab viele Gründe zurückzukehren (wunderschöne Anlage mit Klasse Personal, toller Infinity Pool am Meer, Lage am Long Beach mit Zugang zu vielen Bars und Restaurants…). Die Anlage ist weiterhin gut in Schuss und das gesamte Personal immer freundlich, aufmerksam und fleißig. Das Management (Franck und Toni) war immer präsent, ansprechbar und interessiert an Feedback. Das Angebot im Restaurant (Events und Qualität des Essens) hat uns sogar noch etwas besser gefallen als beim letzten Mal - das einzige, was uns nicht so gut geschmeckt hat, war der Burger. Unsere Behandlungen im Spa haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen, die Preise sind Ambiente und Leistung angemessen (wenn man eines der regelmäßigen Angebote nutzen kann, sogar vergleichsweise günstig). Auch die Ausflüge (zB Schnorcheln) waren prima organisiert und gut geplant. Der Strand in nördlicher Richtung ist sehr schön (nicht so sehr in die andere). Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und kommen sicher wieder zurück.

Nichts Wichtiges - die Cocktails fanden wir nicht ganz so toll - das Mischungsverhältnis hat für uns nicht gepasst und unsere Margarita war auch nicht kalt genug. Vielleicht könnte man die Auswahl etwas reduzieren und sich noch mehr auf die Qualität konzentrieren (eventuell müssten dafür auch die Preise etwas erhöht werden). Wir sind dann beim Bier (auch vom Fass), Wein und Longdrinks geblieben.

Das beste Hotel in Koh Lanta. Wunderschönes Frühstück direkt am Strand, tolle Gästebetreuung durch Khun Gea und Khun Leila. Wunderbarer Spa mit den besten Behandlungen durch Khun Ben.

Einzig der stetig steigende Preis ist mittlerweile grenzwürdig.
