The location was excellent!! We were in close walking distance to little Italy where we found delicious food and stores to visit. We were also not far from the harbor where we took an interesting boat tour. There was also a lovely park nearby. Best of all was the weather! We had blue skies and 70 degrees every day in February!!

There were a few issues. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off and we had trouble using the door code because we couldn't see the numbers since they were too dark. I didn't care for the coffee maker.

Great location. Easy parking. Spacious unit.

Unit could use a little TLC to bring it to exceptional.

Logement situé dans un très beau quartier, assez proche de l'aéroport donc les bruits des avions peuvent etre assez fort en journée mais pas impactant la nuit pour dormir. Hote très sympathique et arrangeante ! Le logement est assez bien équipé

Amazing location, very spacious and surprisingly quiet

No heat thermostat. Extra blankets offered and I got to go around the location. It was a busy weekend and wonderful for military folks coming home and traveling with pet!!

The apartment is in the flight path to San Diego Airport. Every few minutes a plane flies over the house with a corresponding level of noise. This information cannot be seen when using the mobile app. This was viewed as my failure to study the information carefully before the accommodation was booked. Heating cannot be adjusted yourself as the control is in the apartment above to be more "efficient". (I see it as saving money in the wrong place) Too cold in the apartment at this time of year. The bathroom is in great need of renovation. Plaster is falling off the wall, the faucetis very stiff, the inside of the mirror cabinet is rusty. Unfortunately that also wasn't mentioned. TV is just a Smart TV - when asked how it works there was no further explanation.

The hose is spacious and good for kids to have rooms to play around. And the bed is really comfortable during my USA trip even better than commercial hotels.

The bathroom faucet is really difficult to turn on and off, can consider to change a modern one, and the shower room door might be dangerous from the corner of the glass door for kid. If the place can adjust the room temperature like an AC controller, will be really nice.

We loved the proximity to Little Italy and James coffee shop. The space was super clean and the host was wonderful. We received excellent local advice from him and great care. My children enjoyed watching the planes land. This house is in the flight path for San Diego Airport, but it wasn’t really a bother and the planes stopped landing at night. We slept great. Thank you!
