Tankerton Town House, 1 parking space, 150m beach

During my stay, I broke something on the property. I contacted the host immediately, ashamed and anxious, and was put at ease by the gracious way the issue was handled. The host came by the house and fixed it that same day, with no judgement, and even apologised for the inconvenience. This, together with the amazing amenities, the space and comfort, and the location, I would rate this property a solid 10/10.

Super lovely town house, about 30seconds from the beach front and shops, a great location. Spacious, great size bedrooms and living area, toys for the kids,netflix for all if wanted and great self catering setup, v.clean. Powerful shower and storage everywhere, free parking on a private driveway. Received great/clear communication and instructions for access etc. It's all ideal and was a bargain for a January out of season booking. Would love to return in the summer.

Only negative would be we found the top floor double bed mattress super soft so quite uncomfortable- but we appreciate this is only a personal preference, and maybe wonderful for others. The bedding etc otherwise was clean, fresh and felt new.

The location was excellent.

I felt like the furniture, soft furnishings and bed linens could all do with a refresh. There was a lot of dust on the bannisters leading up the staircase and I found a used tissue in my bedroom on the carpet. Also the plug hole in sink in the top floor bathroom was partially block with hair which resulted in poor drainage.

It was perfect for relaxing with old friends - comfortable, good amount of space, well=eqipped litchen.
