"Had the best stay ever !"

It was me and my boyfriends first time coming down to Charlotte for a Concert down at the Underground venue which happened to be just 0.4 miles from this property which was pretty awesome ! Definitely would stay here again ! Location setting was very nice and quiet definitely loved that there was parking provided. The place was really nice and clean definitely loved our little outside deck it was so peaceful and quiet sitting out there ! I would recommend people to stay here I totally loved it and our host was very helpful when we needed it .

there is absolutely ZERO complaints about this place I loved it !

We loved the spacious unit. The bedroom and bathrooms were clean. Very modern and clean look. Was 5 mins from the stadium. Very convenient with where we needed to go.

Bed room tv did not work. Shower was small.

"I was in town for a football game by myself, and it was fine. If Mrs. was along, not so good."

Very quiet building and neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants. High quality toilet paper.

When first arrived, door code did not work. Took a great deal of effort to make contact to get resolved. Mattress was lumpy. Bath linens low quality. Take your own soap. Lighting was difficult to figure out. TV was difficult to figure out. Perhaps if Owner put together a little "welcome binder" . Not owners fault, but all the fees have got to stop! I'm going back to hotels!!
