Room 5 - Downtown Joshua Tree Motel - Pet Friendly - Walk to Shops & Visitor Center, Minutes to Park Entrance

Please note- this is not a regular hotel. There is no reception. You will get a code by text to open the lockbox where you will find the room key. There were no towels in the room. We had to call some person on the phone and then wait for 2 hours to get our towels.

We had a great stay at the JT Ranch House Motel. The location is near the cafes and restaurants, and just a short drive to the National Park. The room was spacious, clean, well stocked, and dog friendly (note there is a $25 per day pet fee). The new owner Courtney was very communicative and helpful. You may hear noise from surrounding rooms if you have noisy neighbors, but ear plugs are provided and we felt that was accounted for in the overall cost, which was good value. We definitely recommend a stay here and hope to be back for another stay in the future!

Super motel à côté du parc de Joshua tree. Les studios sont tres grands avec cuisine. Lit très confortable. Il y a un coin exterieur avec des fauteuils. Parking gratuit. Tres bonne communication. Check in facile avec la clef dans une boîte à clef. Petit cadeau pour les chiens.

The host was very friendly and responded in a timely manner. I was able to request an early check in on short notice. I brought my dog and they had provided him with a dog bed to use and a toy! It was a nice added touch.

Location is perfect- everything was prepared and stuft very friendly

could have done with some hooks on the doors to, very basic, and a bit dusty under the bed, and very dark, could have done with 2 bedside lights rather than just one.

The motel was cute old style. Clean and good kitchen amenities.

The bed was very uncomfortable, with plastic sheet protectors which made us overheat. We slept on top of the blanket.
