GBReally well appointed, a luxurious and spacious apartment. Management company were really friendly and very responsive when we had a minor problem which was quickly resolved.

Maybe a two seater sofa. So all four of us didn't need to squeeze on one. To watch the telly. Otherwise the sofa in there is absolutely amazing. I feel asleep on it and I had the best sleep.

GBBeautiful apartment, really clean and facilities were great. Bedrooms and bathrooms were gorgeous. Location was excellent as we were staying to go to Legoland, which was only a few minutes away.
After receiving 9 emails since booking, not one of them contained any access codes to the property. There were no contact numbers available to speak to anyone and it took us over 45 minutes of waiting outside the property to gain access. We were seconds away from driving to a hotel. We’d travelled 4 1/2 hours to get there and our eldest son (who is autistic and has ADHD) was really struggling. I called multiple times to a generic number to no avail and sent emails too. Only after 45 minutes of sitting outside late at night did we get e response. If paid £30 to ‘safe guest’ for I’m not sure what purpose. I’m not quite sure why after 9 emails they couldn’t send the essential information.

Noise from airport was constant, very tight on little extras like tea and toilet roll, main shower overflowed after a few minutes
