It was exactly what we needed for our stay, something simple and comfortable

Could’ve done with a slightly bigger kitchen and another toilet

Many beds available, good for large groups - can fit up to 7 people. Convenient location, 20min walk from Sheffield train station with Asda nearby.

Living room was very small considering the maximum occupancy of the place. Sofas could only fit 4 people comfortably and dining table was squeeze with maximum of 6 seats. There was no fridge available in the kitchen. Wifi password was on the router itself so we had to look for that

Andrew was very attentive, he would message to ensure everything was going well. Gave great instructions for the use of the facilities.

Some of the extra heater could be replace as the wheels were broken on the one in the loft. Dusty around the light shades.

Lots of facilities, with a really good look at a very amenable price. Fab - exactly what we needed for our New Years celebration!

Water leaked from the bathroom fown the living room wall, so some more sealing will be required. Letter is already on it, adding seals and checking existing. Big dip in bed I found uncomfortable, so there was some sleep wear to the mattresses. Will need to be rotated more often, possibly consider new in near future if these are not flipable. Single bed was a particular offender

Property was clean. Extra bedding was a bonus.

We arrived at the house at 10 pm (we live 4 hours away and the weather was awful). I was really disappointed to arrive and there had been no programmed heating on. The house was 5 degrees (-3.5 was the temperature outside), and the upstairs windows were left open. I have a 5 year old and a 7 year old that had to wear two pairs of socks, and they blankets from the car wrapped round them while in one of the beds (bearing in mind the bedding was damp due to how cold it was) the heating then took a few hours to even kick in. Hence why the 5 additional electric heaters are there. If it wasn't for the additional heaters, we would have moved to a hotel. There were also no instructions for the heating... the bedding and towels smelt of damp!! For the heating alone, I would definitely not return. This has put us off returning to a house stay vs. hotel. It needed a good spring clean. I was disappointed with the one baking tray I could find. There really should be a stair gate going down to the basement or something. It's definitely not worth the money i paid

Location was fine. Some of the house was warm.

Cobwebs throughout. Various cold spots in house, one bedroom was particularly freezing, even with a plug in heater. Bedroom downstairs only had one double plug socket in one corner which didn't reach near desk/chair area meaning nowhere to plug things in such as laptop. Really untidy outside of property - says patio area, but not quite sure where ?! Also loads of rubbish dumped there. Inside kitchen cupboards were dirty and in particular, the oven rack was full of grease. Only supplied with one tea towel for a 2 day stay - would suggest one needed per day particularly for spills as no kitchen towel provided. Downstairs bedroom has a metal bed which needs repairing or replacing I should think judging by the sound it made with the smallest of moves - no sleep was had whatsoever ! Bathroom had no shelf area or anywhere to hold a bar of soap still so you were juggling with things up and down from the floor - especially as a 4 bedroom property to one bathroom (and 5 of us using the bathroom). Property also needs to be more particular about it's entrance and stairs which are really thin and steep as was difficult for my parents to get both up and down the stairs. Property in general was not cleaned adequately with lots of bits on the carpets on arrival and I'm not even sure some of the fitted sheets had been changed on the beds due to the creasing in them in various places. All in all not a good stay. Spoke to owners afterwards and couldn't care less.
