Very nice large house with everything you need.

Some things could be cleaned better. Dishes was also a bit smelly.

Big and nicely decorated house. The beds were very comfortable. The house had all the amenities one could need. Even though the area didn’t seem like the best, it had short and easy access to the metro. Many crocery and food markets right outside the door. A great tip is to order food to the house. It was easy, cheap and a great number of restaurants to choose from.

The area around the house isn’t the best. There is a playground right outside of the house, and it was very noisy every night. There was a lot of fireworks and firecrackers until late at night. We thought it might be because of a holiday - but it was the same for all the four nights we were there. There are some pests issues in the house. Downstairs there are a lot of ants - we vacuumed daily to try to manage the issue, but it didn’t help much. In one of the upstairs bathrooms there were cockroaches. The baby ones were okay, but we didn’t enjoy to share space with the big mama.

Space of apartament was enough for 10-11 persons. Loaction was almost perfect with good restaurants in the neighbourhood and shop just opposite, very calm and safe place. You can reach Sagrada Familia with one metro line which is few minutes walk from the apartament. Very well equipped kitchen.

Everything went well, apartament access was easy and contact with the owner was good.

the location in Barcelona is not the best, far out from the center. it is not a very safe neighborhood at night
