Alma Cottage 1 - Spacious Modern Bali vibes villa with pool

Good space for 2 people, nice facilities. Bed seemed to be broken, after 1 night whole body started to ache and it was very uncomfortable

The bath is so big that there isn’t enough hot water to fill it. That is my only issue

Location. The way to reach has a 70 degree incline slope with no major street light

The property is in a very secluded lane. The bathroom used to fill up with dead bugs every morning. There was no stopper on the bathtub. Water clogs in the shower area. The electricity kept going off every now and then. Overall very poor experience won’t book again.

Small but beautiful; keys just stuck inside the door; good aircon; small but nice pool; delivered breakfast was amazing

Location was tourists heavy; Not so easy to find for some taxi drivers

Nice pool and interior was decent.

No TV inside. Power went off about 6 times. Water turned off every day and had to bother the poor worker at the front Resturant to ask someone to turn it back on. Workers uncontactable by phone, tried numerous times, also by email no reply. Location was too tucked away from the main strip.

Me and my partner were keen to stay an additional four nights in Alma Cottage 1. The communication with the number provided was poor with slow replies. We were told there was availability for the additional four nights but were encouraged to book online, having increased the price from what we had originally paid. After ongoing messaging , the owner agreed to put the price back to the original amount as we’d already paid. Unfortunately due to the customer service we decided against staying in the end as this took the fun out of the experience. Also would recommend bringing mosquito spray as no mosquitoes nets around bed.
