Bell'appartamento ristrutturato da poco con aria condizionata e parcheggio condominiale

Ferrovia proprio davanti e passaggio treni anche di notte. Però ci si abitua subito e al massimo si chiudono gli infissi accendendo aria condizionata

"Definitely don't recommend to stay there in summer! No Air condition, and unable to open the windows"

Location is close to a downtown.

NO AIR CONDITION, and no opportunity to open the windows because the house is just 5 meters from the Rail road, and trains are doing a turn at that spot, so it's super load and they were cruising all night and all day. Not clean and the kitchen is in a closet (super small).
