AURoomy and close to train station. Free Car parking underneath. Owner was quick to respond to issues which was good.
Sink in bathroom was blocked and had to have someone come in to fix it which then resulted in the shower blocking and un-usable. Washing machine doesn't work. Power point in kitchen didn't work after having toaster replaced. The window in bedroom didn't close properly. Curtains didn't even reach floor in lounge, was a very tired and worn apartment. Certainly not a new luxury apartment that was in the heading. Only one fob which wasn't convenient with 4 people.
GBThe apartment is spacious and very central.The heating system is fine as well as the wi-fi.The showers are passable.
First of all there is a notice on the front door of the complex saying that no holiday or short term lets are allowed — that made us wary of staying about us staying there illegally. The furnishings and furniture are the worst I’ve ever experienced .The mattress for each bed were the cheapest possible.The sofa is a nightmare — you sink into it never to reappear.If you visit the apartment you’ll see what I mean .The curtains are ill fitting and difficult to draw and ripped in places. This is most certainly not a luxury apartment and Booking.com need to reexamine there vetting process.

SAOne room has a broken window that cannot shut fully and become very cold and noisy because the trains. The sofas are in bad conditions. The apartment was not very clean. It seems old and used a lot not like the photos. They give us only one fob and to enter and exist you need to used it which make it hard for a family. We didnt have a good experience.
GBLocation was great, private underground parking was a huge bonus. Overall the property vs cost based on comparable properties in the area was passable. With a little work to uplift and maintain the property it would be great.
Needed a deeper clean on walls and bathroom tiles, including kitchen area, all the core hygiene areas. Curtains in each room did not close properly which let a lot of light in, overall it was ok, would not stay here again in current condition.
