El apartamento esta bien equipado si buscas una estancia de 1 o dos semanas ya que no posee lavadora. Por otro lado, la cocina se encuentra bien equipada y nos sentimos bastante seguros. el apartamento lo encontramos limpio y en buen estado. En la entrada siempre podías encontrar información si deseabas realizar alguna actividad turística es un gran detalle a destacar.

Tuvimos un malentendido porque el dueño encontró una visitante y asumió que se quedaban mas personas en el alojamiento pero después de una charla corta todo se aclaro rápidamente, los dueños son muy amables. Como una sugerencia para futuros huéspedes, podrían disponer de jabones de baño, seria de gran alivio.

Easy self check-in. Good location. Very close to the beach and all restaurants. Friendly manager. Spacious apartment. We had everything that we needed. Nice balcony. If we had higher floor-from 3d- there would be a wonderful view on a bay

Bed sheets are old and don't fit the bed. Small and worn out pillows.

Toujours du bruit de déplacement de meubles dans l'appartement au dessus. (ménage ?) Des patins sous les pieds des meubles pourraient atténuer ces nuisances. Les poêles sont très abîmées, à renouveler. Des couvertures supplémentaires manquaient (séjour début avril), mais c'est presque du détail.

The apartment is very clean and equipped like in the pictures, also the building is very nice outside and inside. The apartment is situated on second floor, reachable both by stairs or elevator. The apartment seems recently renovated, the paint on the walls is without marks, and the furniture is new as well. There is an AC split that serves both living and bedroom and this is very useful, even this can be noisy during the night. In the bedroom there are a lot of hangers in the wardrobe, the bed clothes are very clean, even if they are a bit old. The kitchen is well equipped, we had almost everything we needed during our stay for preparing our breakfast or dinner. It was very nice to have so much space during our stay of 6 nights, not a single room without many facilities, for the price we paid. We liked the living, a big table with comfortable chairs; there are also 2 chairs for staying on the balcony, but the weather didn't allow us to benefit of this and I regret that I was not able to drink my coffee outside :). If you are tall enough, you can catch a glimpse of Balluta bay. There are some supermarkets close to the apartment (Spar and Welbee) also a Lidl that is at a longer distance. The bus stations are reachable on a short walk - Mrabat or Balluta that are connecting you with many destinations or other buses.

The doors are creaking, so would be good to be a bit oiled. The kitchen has no window (only one to a venting channel) so it's a bit dark, therefore you need to use artificial light everytime. The smart TV has no cable installed, so you can use it with your accounts (Youtube, Netflix etc). Would be useful to have a hanger in the hallway, close to the entry door. There was some noise from the other apartment above (8), but this is only because of lack of consideration of the other tourists.

I had terrible service from the owner, from the first day we arrived until the day we left the apartment. My husband and I had the worst experience of our lives in Malta From the first moment he was rude and ill-mannered, he never greeted us, he only asked us when we were leaving... it is a waste of money, as soon as you arrive the owner asks you if you leave knowing that in my reservation that I made with my husband, all the information was in the bookin, rude person, lack of ethics and education towards the people who stay in his apartment. He only speaks to you in Maltese, he is an older person, lack of education, understanding towards the people who stay in his apartment, he is attentive if you take things from his apartment, terrible service, our expertise was fatal for me, my husband.no
