"One of the worst places I have ever stayed"

It was a great location just as described. 5 minutes from the beach.

The place needs a lot of attention. The sofas were worn with cut on the arms, dingy and pillows with holes. A few towels were not clean. Lamp without a bulb, no TV in any of the 4 bedrooms. Trash near the parking area and on the side of the house. No central air in master bedroom (a portable one). The refrigerator had dents on both doors. Large cockroach on the floor. Entire house had a stale odor. We all slept in our clothes in too of the cover and left early after a few hours rest. I would never stay here again. Definitely not worth the $300 we paid for one night.

"Location can't be everything"

Location was fantastic! Just over a block to the convention center or beach. We were able to easily walk to everything.

The house felt haphazard and quickly made available. There wasn't enough towels or dishware for maximum occupants. The patio was dirty. The bathrooms needed attention - doors weren't secure or didn't function. There were broken appliances, light fixtures and doors throughout the house. The front door lock isn't properly secured and the door would periodically open or not lock. While the owner responded to towel needs, the property really needs attention.

It was fenced in and had a gate. There is a rope swing from the tree the kids enjoyed it. Best part it is only 5 min walk to the beach!!!

No tv in the bedrooms!

I liked the rooms and how they were set up. I liked the location. The kitchen was nice

There were a lot of bugs, need to spray pesticides. Overall wasn’t really clean. There was stains on the sheets, hairs in some of the beds. One of the towel holders on the door fell off when I took my towel off of it because it wasn’t on good. The fan in the kitchen sounds like it’s about to fall off and the lights and remotes are complicated. Should have labels on remotes so they don’t get confused.

Convenience to the beach access. Any concerns were quickly followed up.

Children constantly running in the house above us all times during the night and early morning hours were the only negative part of the stay.
