Kitchen is old, we missed knife for breakfast and tea spoons, shower water pressure was low. You can’t leave the complex without the key to open the main entrance! Would be nice to have an option to pick up/leave the keys right outside the building

It is not in Valencia, but in Arboraya (which touches Valencia in the north). The address is misleading as the same address exists in Valencia, too. This should be changed.
GBThe apartment is about a 2 minute walk from a very lovely beach with warm waves. The beds are comfortable and bath/shower facilities were absolutely fine. The apartment comes with a washing machine which is brilliant if you are on a road trip like we were and want to wash your clothes. There is a bus (number 31) which you can get from outside of the complex which takes you into the city centre of Valencia. The complex also had a cafeteria where you can get food but we didn’t eat there. There loads of cafes and restaurants within walking distance and a well stocked supermarket about 12 minutes walk away.
The self catering apartment is in a busy holiday resort. The owner didn’t give us the address until 2 hours before our arrival time, so when we drove to the location given on the booking.com confirmation we were in completely the wrong place. There’s no instructions on how to enter the car park or where to park. We had to rely on the good nature of the security guard to tell us what to do. No one tells you that you need to use the key to operate the lift when coming up from the car park. When we 1st got there the whole finding the parking and apartment process was really stressful. Clear instructions would have been very useful. Also the pool is lovely, but no sunbeds are provided and you can only sit on the grass outside of the pool are in your own chairs (if you have them). Same with the beach, no sun loungers unless you have your own. Inside the apartment only 1 toilet roll was provided and no dishwasher tablets or soap for washing clothes. Luckily towels were provided. The apartment was very basic and I don’t feel it was value for money for the amount we paid. My friends got a 3 bed house with a back yard with a small pool and bbq facilities in another part of Valencia for the same price. If it wasn’t for the proximity to the beach I think I would have rated it even lower. We left quite early the following day and left the keys with concierge. About 2 hours after we’d left the owner messaged telling us to leave the keys in the flat. However that would not have been possible as we wouldn’t have been able to leave the car park.
