Very cosy, lovely big sofa, beds comfy

Maybe a bigger tv

Easy accessibility to the broads and cost

Bedrooms and toilet a bit on the small side

Decking was a plus

Easy to find and spotless caravan

Nothing.

The caravan was lovely, however the management company 2CHolidays were atrocious,

2CHoilidays were a nightmare and really caused me a lot of stress. On booking there was nothing that said only 1 dog was allowed and there would also be an extra charge. I rang them to say 3 adults and 2 dogs were coming but the man did not mention the policy of 1 dog nor ask for an extra payment.. On further telephone calls I was told they would send a link for me to pay for 1 dog, this link never came so I ended up having to pay for my dog to go to kennels, luckily my son's mother-in-law looked after his dog on this call they said they only had me listed as going despite my earlier call to them when I confirmed who would be staying 2CHolidays bombarded me with emails saying to bring things like bin bags, washing up liquid, dish clothes etc, which the owner of the caravan had actually provided when I arrived. It is a shame they are so horrendous as the caravan was lovely and they spoil it for the owner of the caravan
