USThis apartment is close the beach. It's a decent apartment look wise. Owner is not responsive though the property manager is responsive at times.
Though apartment is looking nice, we had lots of problems with water throughout our stay. We stayed from 22nd Dec and 29th Dec. The water issue was resolved towards end of our stay and it was no use for us. Hot water is not consistent. Water pressure is low. No water many times. Our trip and excursions were impacted badly due this issue. Though the property manager (Edgar) was responsive initially, later no proper response when I asked for partial refund due to the issues. They also charge electricity addition. They charged us about $250 USD for 7 nights stay which is totally absurd. After multiple attempts of negotiation with property manager, it seems owner accepted to waive only electricity charges. I am still working with them and now they stopped responding to me after I am back to USA. There were many lizards in the apartment and building. We could not use one restroom due to lizards issue. I strongly DO NOT recommend this place.
