Lovely 4 Berth Chalet In The Coastal Village Of Heacham, Ref 92018Cs

Everything I needed was there and so well designed to get maximum space from the property. I particularly liked the carpeting everywhere. It made it feel very homely and cosy. Lovely and clean and the best bed I have ever slept in! Efficient heating/hot water and good lighting were a bonus.

A small airer would be nice to hang wet towels etc.

The chalet is compact but very well equipped and thought through. There were two of us staying, and it was quite comfortable, I can imagine it would be a bit crowded with four people. We found everything we needed for cooking and washing up (which was a nice surprise, as we were instructed to bring everything with us). There are also usb sockets with phone holders in several places, convenient for charging. There is also good collection of games, books and information brochures and leaflets and even maps of the area, which was useful. And we enjoyed little notes here and there in the chalet with additional information, advice and instructions from the owners, it felt friendly and touching. When we had a question on arrival, the managing company was very effective, the lady on the phone was nice and polite and called me back in a couple of minutes with the answer. The place itself is in short walking distance from the sea, and then there is a promenade leading up to Hunstanton, to walk or to cycle, and footpath along the coast.

There is nothing to complain about.

There are two chairs chained up outside The code given to us for the chairs was the same as the chalet lock box But it didn’t work. When I reached out to ask about this I was told again the same code even though I’d already stated it didnt work. Would’ve been lovely if they’d just popped out and sorted it.

Very cute and comfy chalet, perfect for a weekend away, had everything you need.

The house is within walking distance of the sea, communication with the host was fast and smooth, there’s convenient parking, a well-equipped kitchen, and even the sofa bed was comfortable for sleeping. Thank you for a cozy and comfortable stay!

The entire area—not just this holiday house—has a weak mobile data signal and no Wi-Fi, so this isn’t the host’s fault, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Location, no dogs on the site, beautifully kept site, chalet cleanliness, modern decor, all appliances you need and well thought out finishing touches by the owners like books, games, air fryer, charging points, helpful guides. We would visit again to be away from WiFi and the life of hustles and bustles.

The shower area would benefit from a long handled squeegee to accompany the mop, just to dry the floor quickly.

The chalet was very well equipped, nicely decorated, and in a quiet location. The wet room was in excellent condition. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. We had a lovely meal at the nearby 'West Norfolk' pub-restaurant.

There was a lack of internet signal throughout the village of Heacham (I appreciate this was not within the owner's control).
