"Old historic building, quite but lot of stairs and no elevator"

It was close to the central station, it had a small kitchen (but with not to many equipment).

The stairs, I do not remember seeing that it has no elevator, and it is at the top of the building. With a child a big bags it was not fun to go upstairs at the night.
