The location was perfect. Really close to central train station. Cozy and comfortable apartment. The bed was good and the sofa was comfortable as well. The kitchen is also good and it’s easy to prepare breakfast or a quick meal

At first the apartment was very cold. Because the heating system was electric panels it took more than 2 hours to warm up the apartment. I’m sure that the apartment wasn’t cleaned up before my arrival! There was garbage in both dustbins. The floor wasn’t clean, but the worst was the bathroom. The shower cabin was very dirty, and I cleaned it myself. There is a closet in the apartment but it’s useless because it’s full of used sheets and towels, and other stuff. It is not something that can be changed, but it’s good to know that you have to go up to the fifth floor, holding your luggage, and there is no elevator.

Very comfortable beds, room was warm, the bathroom had shower gel, and there were pots if you wanted to cook yourself.

The towels had not been washed and the bathroom floor was dirty. Hot water finished super fast so if you're two or more people know that you need to take super short showers or just wait. You also need to climb 5 flights of stairs to reach so if you have anything other than a hand carry I would not recommend it.

Even though we made a reservation for three people, 2 beds were prepared. When we arrived, there were unwashed dishes in the kitchen. There were cookies left over from the previous guest in the kitchen cabinet. The bathroom sink was dirty. It was -12 degrees outside and the heaters were not turned on.
