Sijainti loistava, meille ei-autoilijoille juuri sopiva. Lyhyt kävelymatka linja-autoasemalle, josta pääsee alueen mielenkiintoisiin kohteisiin nopeasti ja halvalla. Suuri, toisen kerroksen asunto jossa kaikki varustus mitä voit lomalla tarvita. Tasokas sisustus ja upeat kivilattiat. Marmoripintainen porraskäytävä siisti ja valoisa. Kattoterassi avara, näkymät kattojen yli sekä merelle että vuorille, lisäksi kapeat kadunvarsiparvekkeet tehokasta tuuletusta varten. Keittiön kupeessa ilmanvaihtokuilun äärellä pieni parveke jossa aamiaista nauttiessa voi katsella palaa kirkastuvasta taivaasta. Keittiö hyvin varustettu. Pikkutavaran säilytykselle runsaasti lipastoja. Sähköpistokkeita on runsaasti, lataaminen ei ole ongelma.

Meille pohjoismaalaisille äänekäs naapuruston katuelämä ja vilkas liikenne on yöllä häiritsevää sillä ikkunat eivät eristä yhtään, ei ääntä eikä lämpötilaeroja. Jaetulle kattoterassille oli matkaa jos halusi vaikka nauttia siellä illallisen, kaikkihan pitää kantaa kaksi kerrosta ylöspäin. Nämä seikat eivät ilmenneet nettiesittelyssä. Kattoterassin potentiaalia ei oltu oikein hyödynnetty, siellä olisi voinut olla esimerkiksi kasveja, väliseiniä näkösuojaksi, vaikka puutarhasohva ja -pöytä ynnä muuta "pehmennystä" viihtyisyyttä lisäämässä. Iltapimeällä ruuanlaitto keittiössä kärsii olemattomasta valaistuksesta. Nykykeittiöissä on spot-valoja työpisteiden kohdalla, niitä on sangen helppo asentaa.
