Large 6BR, 2 bath in Niagara Falls

The place was clean. Beds were soft and comfy. There were clean towels and extra toilet paper, dish liquid and necessary items for cleaning up.. Street parking instructions were posted so we didn't get tickets There are convenient stores within 2 -3minutes

There were no closets to hang anything in. The neighborhood was very quiet, neighbors were friendly, the house was up to date but the neighborhood is run down. We had alternate side parking on weekends and holidays. All in all, the place is very nice.

We were a group of 10 and had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly and spacious property. Ample parking options, with spaces available both on the street and behind the property. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to others looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay.

There were only two bathrooms available, which made it difficult to manage our time.

The WiFi was pretty good.

The furniture looked kind of old, the downstairs toilet seat kept moving out of place, the house wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be.

I liked that it was in our price budget and had ample room to accommodate everyone. I liked that the Niagara hospitality took care of cleaning issues as soon as notified. I loved that it had off street parking! Best part was the living /dining area was large enough that we were able to eat meals together and have game nights each evening.

There was 6 rolls of toilet paper left for 10 guest for 7 days. We asked for more but never received it. I didn’t like that when we arrived we found out it was two identical 3 bedroom/ 1 bathroom units separated by stairs and doors. We had children with us and it was a little scary to think we had some kids split from parents in separate units… but we managed. The pillows!!!!! They stunk! We went out and got all new pillows for every person after one night. Had I known I would have brought our own.

Old door, woobly commode may need replacement. No major issues
