Good location, quiet and cheap accomodation. Very suitable for a long stay in Stavanger. Easy access to buses to reach city and other parts on the wider area.

Quite strange and long emails, like someone else said - it felt like AI and not that personal. When I was enquiring about the room before I stayed (since it was a long stay, and I wanted to check some things) sometimes the reply felt quite cold and not so welcoming. After my second day I had been reported for leaving my slippers neatly by the door and not on the designated tray, it felt like I was being monitored. After that I kept them in my room - I understand why they have lots of rules, to ensure a respectful and tidy environment - but I am already a respectful, considerate person, live quietly - even so I had the impression that I could do something wrong in that environment, so I spent most of my time in my room. In addition I had told them that my sheets were stained and in bad condition ( I took photos which showed this), they rebuffed saying they were only worn and that it was not a priority for the landlord to update the sheets - basically what do I expect for such cheap acommodation. Clean sheets, in good condition..in my humble opinion should always be a priorty, regardless of how much people pay, its a basic and inexpensive part of supplying accomodation. In the end I bought my own sheets which was fine. I got used to staying there and it was affordable for my long stay, but I did find it a bit strange especially at the beginning. My room could have been cleaner when I arrived, there were some cobwebs and hairs on the desk, dirty mirror, I took photos but after their reply about the sheets.. I thought what's the point in bringing up the cleaning. I cleaned it myself. Others said it was spotless in reviews, so maybe it was just a one off. The rest of the house was really clean and I know that cleaners did come regularly.

Les propriétaires répondaient de suite, si j'avais une question et arrivaient à trouver une solution immédiate , les explications étaient très bien données pour trouver l'appartement. La décoration, l'arrangement de l'appartement étaient magnifiques, je m'y sentais bien.

Pokój ma świetną lokalizację, ze stacji Jåttåvågen można w zaledwie dziesięć minut dojechać pociągiem do centrum, a do lotniska też jest niedaleko. Jeszcze przed check-in dostałem bardzo dokładne wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i samego pobytu, wszystko było opisane szczegółowo, więc nie miałem żadnego problemu z trafieniem ani z wejściem do obiektu. Warto tylko pamiętać, że po wpisaniu kodu do drzwi trzeba chwilę poczekać, aż zamek kliknie i dopiero wtedy pociągnąć za klamkę. Widok z okna jest ładny, w środku czysto, kuchnia ogromna i dobrze wyposażona, a pokój wystarczający na komfortowy pobyt. Łóżko było wygodne, a łazienka duża i nowoczesna, co zrobiło na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie. Pokój nie jest zamykany, ale mimo tego czułem się bezpiecznie. I jeszcze cena - rewelacja.

It’s clean and neat. It’s in a nice apartment block in a pleasant natural area (if ~40 minutes from central Stavanger by bus). But for the issues set out below I think this could be a good option for some travellers. Certainly the room I had would have been perfect for my needs, if it had been possible to lock the door, and but for the other weird behaviour exhibited by the management.

This is a genuinely bizarre set-up. The first thing every traveller must know is that the rooms do not have door locks. Well actually that’s not quite true. Some do have door locks, but not - it seems - the ones they let out to travellers. What this means is that you are in an apartment with random other people, the identity of which you don’t know (let alone their backgrounds, etc), and you have no security. It is one thing to have rooms with only doors you could snib from the inside, it is quite another in my view to have no locking mechanism at all when staying in an apartment with unknown other people (and people who the landlord knows precious little about too). All this before we come to the bizarre 4am emails. I could say more about these, but very quickly, I felt sufficiently uncomfortable with the setup that I decided to only use the room for a little rest during the day time - this being necessitated by the fact that I was sleeping on my friend’s couch and being woken up by their cat - precisely because I did not feel comfortable spending the night at this place. Anyway, on both nights I had booked I received 4am messages demanding a response as to why I was not in my room. In one case they even went into the room and took a picture (as if they needed to prove I was not there). This is beyond crazy behaviour in my view. Finally (could there be more?), as others noted, the management are constantly sending these laboured and very long messages that appear to be totally over the top and also written by AI. I asked them whether they were written by AI, but they refused to confirm or deny this (preferring to pretend they did not understand the question, and then when it was spelt out, writing something that was not comprehensible). I would love to know what is going on with this operation. The rooms are perhaps too cheap to be true. I found myself coming up with lots of theories as to what is going on with this place.

The place was spotless and peaceful during my stay. The shared space was spacious. The value for money is unmatched in Stavanger. Highly recommendes!
