“The Art House 6” Galway, Woodquay

Excellent location, lovely and comfortable house with everything you need for a city break. Very easy check in with no fuss. Would 100% recommend and would book again.

We stayed for one night for a girls night away and absolutely loved it. The house was lovely, clean and felt really homely. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Would definitely book again.

It had plenty of room and was very comfortable.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Check in and check out were very simple. Location was good for our purposes. Close enough to walk to the Latin Quarter but far enough away not to be bothered with noise from the bars. The home was clean and well equipped with plenty of oils and spices. They even had coffee and tea. Quick response to questions by the host was appreciated.

It was difficult to find the house as the address stated was 7 Woodquay but the home is located on St. Brendan's Ave. We had a party of 7 with two older people. The room configuration was difficult, as 6 of our party had to use one 2nd floor bathroom (there was also 1 bathroom on the first floor in a room with a single bed). It would be better for us to have a full/double bed downstairs to accomodate older people with mobility issues. Like most places we stayed on our trip, it would have been nice to have a clothes dryer.

Extremely scruffy and needing a Complete overhaul . The downstairs shower room was very smelly and the paint was peeling over the shower . 2 of the bedrooms were not big enough for the double beds , they were pushed into a corner and a wall . Only one pillow each . 1 bedside lamp and table . There was a very busy road behind the apartment which had traffic until early morning . It was furnished very cheaply and without style . This was not a cheap apartment , we paid over 500 euros and were consequently very disappointed.
