L'hôtel est propre avec un grand parking et une piscine chauffée. L'espace SPA a un vrai potentiel. Le hammam a été top mais seulement pour les femmes, pas de possibilité pour les hommes 😩 Le restaurant est immense et bruyant mais plutôt bon

La partie piscine et spa a un vrai problème d'humidité.

- Mussten um 17.00 Uhr warten, bis unser Zimmer geputzt und bereit war! - Badetücher haben gefehlt und mussten 1.5h darauf warten - Poolbereich: mässig gut gepflegt, lauwarmes Wasser - Frühstück ab 7.00 Uhr verfügbar, das Personal kommt jedoch erst um 7.00 Uhr und mussten lange warten - Wifi mässig gut

"4 Star hotel rubbish restaurant"

The hotel is like any international hotel anywhere in the world. It was spotless and had everything available and more that I needed.

In my opinion the hotel had nothing Moroccan about it. The restaurant which appears to operate separately from the hotel is a waste of time. The service and food is way below average, find somewhere else to eat if you can and definitely don't book their half board deal.

"Excelente hotel a un precio razonable"

La habitación muy grande y bonita. Las camas muy cómodas. El hotel tiene dos piscinas ( una cubierta, que se puede usar todo el año), gimnasio y restaurante. Hay aparcamiento gratuito. La cena y el desayuno muy buenos. El personal es encantador y muy dispuesto a ayudar. La recepcionista, de nombre Kaoutar, nos acompañó hasta el restaurante y me ayudó cuando tuve problemas con la conexión a internet. Los demás también fueron muy agradables, pero no conozco sus nombres.

El hotel está en la carretera, lejos de todo. Nos costó un poco encontrarlo.

Schöne Pause zwischen Städtetrips. Sehr Kinder-freundlich. Haben einen kostenlosen Late Check Out bekommen. Restaurant, Pools, Zimmer, alles wirklich super.

Im Nirgendwo an der Tanke. Aber genau deshalb auch sehr gut geeignet für eine Zwischenstation, 1-2 Nächte (im Sommer evtl auch länger wenn das Wasser Paradies mit Rutschen und allem offen ist)
