"Need change the queen bed & coffee table"

Easy to check in/out. Room size is nice for big family.

1 of queen bed for mattress support is broken. A coffee table that is almost broken. The pool is under maintenance. Very disappointed not inform early.

"Disappointment ...."

Convinient in terms of location and food searching at Setia Alam

The unit was booked under block A-31 -xx ( look exactly like the picture indeed i stayed in this unit before ), but it turned up B - 29 - xx. The change was not informed earlier, and there was no communication from the host until I got to know check-in day. This unit came with a super strong fragrance until my kid got allergic, so I requested to cancel the booking for 2nd days. FYI, the swimming poor already under maintenance for a long period , no one informed us earlier. I'm really disappointed with the host. Somehow, the cleanliness is still good.

Location easy to access..near mall

I'm really disappointed..the room is okay but wifi cannot connected, Netflix cannot used..the worse part is the pool is closed more then 2 week but admin not inform guest..the reason pool is closed because 'air kotor'...I'm planning to take my kids to the pool this holiday...we had bad experience this time...
