GBIt was very dirty there, the drains in the kitchen and in the shower were clogged and one of the toilets didn't work and there were a lot of cigarette butts outside.
GBThe shower didn't have cold so was scalding no child could of had a shower that's for sure, there were no plugs for the sink so couldn't wash up properly and the shower and the kitchen sink took so long to drain think they need to have a rod put down them. Could not get the WiFi working useless. To contact anyone when we were there was impossible as we were not able to call the phone number in those hours sorry

On arrival, the caravan 45 minutes before check-in a staff member for parklands said to check to see if its clean now so i did and when enertering the caravan you could see it wasnt so we went for a walk came back half an hour later and the lady opposite said someone had popped in so after talking to her it was check in time and the van NOT clean mould in the shower, food on the floor, and a dirty toilet and blood on a pillow. We had to clean it before we could use anything. (So very glad we brought our own duvets and pillow's from home) Then the kettle didn't work and was asked by the company to purchase one myself when out and about, and then they would refund me! As they didn't have anybody to bring one to me. Which I did not. We used an old-fashioned pan of water on the stove for 2 days. Then, when we finally received one, the woman that delivered it said it was hers, and she now didn't have one. As booked through 2c holidays Ltd and not Parklands, nobody on site could help us.

Was not clean, they did offer to clean it the next day but I did not want sleep with rice all over the floor and toothpaste in the sink and floor so I cleaned it myself.

Location was very difficult to access. Instructions was disappointing, depressing. It was almost warning of dangerous insects. Inadequate provisions of toiletries. Caravan not numbered created problems Locating it

The bar staff were extremely rude, we saw them sniffing cocaine out the back. We were told we could not have our drink in glass as they were running out, we could see a lot of glasses so asked if we could have one of these, to which it got tipped in a plastic cup!!!
GBWhat is there to say about a caravan?! The caravan was very nice. The site was lovely. The caravan shower was excellent (very good pressure). The arrival and departure was easy (keys on site in lock box). It was very comfortable, for a caravan. The people at the site were lovey and very helpful.
We were not provided with a fob to get through the main barrier, at times we had to wait for quiet a while to be let in the barrier. The light went out in the bathroom on day 3, we reported it (along with a broken lock). The company got in touch very quickly to talk about it. But it was not fixed in the remaining time we were there (about a week).
