"Tolle Lage aber die Einrichtung müsste ersetzt werden"

Die Lage des Hauses ist aussergewöhnlich toll. Ringsum freie Sicht und ein paar hundert Meter voraus die Steilküste. Der Weg zum Haus führt durch jede Menge Gewächshaüser und ist sehr holprig. Der Pool ist schön, obwohl im Februar temperatur-mässig eine Herausforderung. (ungeheizt). Internet via Starlink ist gut. Anna hat einen super Job gemacht und 2x pro Woche die Bettwäsche gewechselt und gereinigt.

an 13 von 14 Tagen waren immer zwischen 1-3 Autos und entsprechende Leute um das Haus herum tätig. Plötzlich stehen Leute auf der Terasse und man hat keine Ahnung was die dort zu suchen haben. Manchmal wird der Pool-Reiniger in's Wasser geworfen aber meist weiss man nicht, was die Leute tun. Das andere Haus stand leer während dieser Zeit. Privatspäre, welche man bei der Abgelegenheit des Hauses erwarten würde ist gleich NULL. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses ist sehr verschlissen und abgenutzt. Keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit, das Sofa ist mit einer abgenutzen Decke bedeckt. Das Badezimmer ist sehr abgenutzt.
