Spacious 4 bedroom home - sleeps 8

There was nothing that we can say that we liked about the house. This property needs to be investigated

When we got there, the outside of the house looked like a tip. The weeds were overgrown, and the bins were over flowing with the rubbish. Going into the house, it smelt of mould. Down stairs heating was not working upstairs heated up nicely. WiFi was not working, so none of the tv's would work. Upstairs in one of the rooms was dirty bedding. There was spiders dust everywhere in the house, and it definitely had not been clean for a while. The bathroom was dirty. There was no hand rail on the stairs, which was so dangerous. The cooker and microwave were dirty. Going onto the garden, which looked like a jungle. Beer cans outside and cigarettes left. In my honest opinion, this house should not even be on booking.com or need to investigate as it's definitely not what it should have been. Prior to this myself and my friend and I tried to ring the host on many occasions, and he never answered his calls or even called back. Plenty of messages were also left for him through booking.com and not one reply. Service from the host was so poor, and the house we did not stay in has it was 1 to dirty and 2 to cold. We have taken plenty more photos as evidence and will most definitely take this matter further.

The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs was decorated nicely. The host was friendly. Lots of good kitchen cutlery etc.

No shower curtain. Downstairs needs fresh paint. The back door needs replacing. The hearing wasn't on when we got there and it took a while to warm up. It was freezing. There was rubbish all over the garden and it needed a clean up. There was rubbish in the bins so now where to throw new rubbish.

Our second stay in this property and we were very happy. Lots of space, very well furnished and decorated. Very relaxing and accommodated our large group very well.

Nothing we did not like, other than the Manchester weather.

We had a fantastic stay. The host was extremely helpful and the property was perfect. Its been beautifully decorated and furbished and is very spacious. This was our third stay at the property. Very good value for money and very happy with the experience.
