Price and location were good

There was a leak on the roof dripping right on my husbands face. When I mentioned it the host did not even pay mind about it. Towels were dirty, he did send us some fresh ones later on

Size, location and parking.

Curtains let in outside light, would benefit from blackout curtains. Internet was not reliable.

I loved this place! Great location, great space. Communication was good and method of payments good as well. Edwin was incredible and was always there to help, I'm definitely coming back!

Great service very clean room

It was nice, no issues or problems in the area.

Little leak in the second room. Other than that it was a pretty good for the price. They sent recommendations for food and places to visit.

Location, facilities, air conditioning, easy to access with the lock box, communication with host was great.

The apartment was easy to access. Clear instructions were given prior to check-in. It was located in a normal, safe neighborhood near the highway and not far from Old San Juan, the airport, and the mall. The apartment had all of the essentials needed and a separate A/C unit in each room. Towels, toiletries, an iron, and an ironing board were provided, along with normal kitchen supplies. The location was quiet at night, with the exception of the last night...neighbors were camped outside laughing after midnight. The roosters were cool to hear each morning. We only spent a few hours in the apartment each day. So, overall, it was an efficient use of space, nicely kept, and in a good location for us.

The tile floors weren't swept or mopped before our arrival. There was visible dirt and hair (a few hairs in the sheets). The shower drain was slow, causing standing water while showering. There was a dirty shower mat on the floor that we didn't use. We brought disposable sheets and cleaning products with us to ensure we were comfortable, so the cleaning aspect didn't affect us much. I wish there was a broom and mop available for guests to clean after themselves. There was a small drip from the ceiling in the bedroom near the bathroom after a rainstorm, but it didn't last. Lastly, the living/dining space is small and has the only TV in the apartment. It worked for us, but a loveseat and a smaller table for eating would still work in that space to enjoy the TV comfortably.

It was just adorable

Not so much far from downtown by car. Parking included and just in front of the house. Refrigerator and microwave included, and a lot of towels too, as well as the AC.

There was no extra toilet paper, no stoves; the door was kind of broken, and the balcony looked not so safe.
